The feet provide a map for the body’s organs. Any problems in the body are therefore reflected in the feet and can be diagnosed and treated via the same specialised foot massage. These problems can be emotional or physical.

The aim of reflexology is to create homeostasis, which means that the organs in the body are all working together and at their best.
Some of the benefits of reflexology include its ability to increase energy, boost circulation, induce a deep state of relaxation, eliminate toxins, help relieve sleep disorders, reduce depression and anxiety and relieve pain...and so much more!
