“I want to keep the length but my hair is so flat”. Probably the sentence I hear the most everyday. Yes length is important but shape and movement is everything - especially with finer hair that tends to fall flat whatever the weather. I cut Fay’s hair freehand so all the pieces around her face fall naturally and give her hair some body and shape without it looking too forced and structured. This is her hair without a blowdry or any styling (swipe for before).

Hair donation haircut’s don’t have to just be “short hair” - whatever the reason you are wanting to go short - it can still be stylish and wearable and who doesn’t love a change 🙌🏻🌸

Now this needed a before pic - Anastasia’s hair was at least 6 inches longer and didn’t have any shape and is very very thick and heavy. We still wanted to keep it long but not too long that she would need another haircut in a month. I took out all of the weight with some natural long layers and gave her some much needed shape around the face - nothing too uniform and even - natural and effortless 💞🌸

Scared of the hairdresser? You are not alone - the majority of my first time clients sit in my chair petrified I am going to cut off all their hair/not listen to them. This should not be the case when you find a stylist who listens to you and understands what will work for you and your lifestyle. This cut is a PERFECT example - Roxana has super long thick hair…she likes the length but needs some shape otherwise it just hangs with no movement. I kept her length but framed her face with lots of movement razored in and took out a lot of the heaviness in the hair. Easy to style, maintain and will grow out well - on top of looking MAJE 💜🤩

Classic french cropped bob for . Looks great either slightly curled under or left to dry naturally. I blended in her bangs from her previous haircut so they frame the face ever so slightly 🌟🌸💞

💫What is a keratin treatment?
A keratin treatment is a chemical process that smooths and shines frizzy hair. Results can last up to six months. There are many different versions of the treatment that go by different names (most commonly in Israel we have an organic “keratin” and Brazilian keratins). The Brazilian keratin usually contains formaldehyde whereas the organic is usually formaldehyde-free. No matter the formaldehyde content, on a basic level, keratin treatments dive into the hair follicle and inject porous areas with keratin, an essential hair protein which in turn smooths and seals your hair and depending on your curl pattern - it can drop your curl by up to 30-50%.
💫What is the main difference between organic and Brazilian keratin?
Apart from the formaldehyde content, the two products are quite different and the choice between the two really depends on your hair. Organic makes the hair super straight and grows out more from the root and can last between 4-6 months on average. (I personally don’t find it strong enough for that super stubborn hair). The Brazilian is better for frizzy, dry course hair - it will get rid of all of the frizz but still keep some your natural movement and will slowly fade out of your hair - on average it lasts between 4-6 months.
💫How do I decide which one is right for me?
Ask your hairstylist :). They can determine which one is right for your hair and your lifestyle. I think it’s always best to go for hairdressers that have been recommended to you by your friends and people who have similar hair texture to you.
💫What is the process?
Again - depending on the treatment you choose the process is quite different. Brazilian is applied to freshly washed hair, blowdried and ironed into your hair and left for 1-3 days depending on the product. Organic is done the same way but can often be washed out immediately after. The length of time it takes to do a keratin treatment depends on the formula the stylist is using, as well as your hair texture, and how much hair you have.
Please DM me if you have any questions about keratin or if there is anything else hair related you would like me to post about 🌸

Adore this cut I did for . She wanted something easy to style but with shape. I love this length and the long layers that blend in so effortlessly to give the hair some natural movement. I also love how this length grows out - she can come back in 3 months or 6 months depending on what length she wants to be 🧚🏻💘
Just a little shape up for the summer - Ruti’s haircut lasted for 8 months (thanks corona) so when she came to see me, it just needed a little lift and shape up.
I know most hairdressers will tell you to get your haircut every 6-8 weeks but everyone’s hair is different and if you are still loving your hair and the shape is still there and it hasn’t been too fried by the heat then there is no shame in waiting a few more months to get your haircut 💘🙌🏻

Adore this mid-length collar bone haircut on the best . This length is so versatile and it will grow out well so you can leave it for months and it will still keep its shape or cut it in a few months if you don’t want it long - that’s why hair is the best ☺️. Colour by 💞

Aaaaaand we are back! I have been back at the salon for almost 7 weeks now but it hasn’t felt right to post. Things are slowly getting back to a new normal but it is hard being in the salon with all the new regulations but WOW it feels good to see all my incredible clients and make them look and feel fab. Love this shaggy cut on . We wanted something with a bit more oomph but natural and easy to style at home herself 🧡
