what's going on guys? I know most of you are thinking that winter is much better than summer. It was scorching hot yesterday. Try to keep yourself hydrated. Have lots of clear fluid. Plain water is always best option or you can also have buttermilk(chaach), lemon water, coconut water, aam panna(raw mango drink). Adding little rock salt and roasted cumin powder makes the drink healthy as well as tasty. It will also keep you away from heat stroke, so prepare yourself to enjoy this season. Happy summer🙂😀😀

I have heard many times people asking that we are taking olive oil ,can we can take it in large quantity as olive oil is very healthy, so today I want to clear this misconception. 1 gram of oil gives 9 kcal. It doesn't matter which oil you are consuming, but it is also true that some oil is considered to be healthy like olive, mustard, sesame, groundnut because it contains unsaturated fatty acids and helps to reduce bad cholesterol(low density lipoprotein). Always keep in mind that quantity and quality both matters. So try to introduce these oils in your diet by keeping quantity in mind.🙂
Hi everyone
So feeling lethargic after Holi celebration.I know deep fried gujiyas, gulab jamun, and all high calories stuff, these all are culprit for your weight gain but what about festivals. We can't avoid them and those tempting snacks. Nothing to worry guys, just try to balance your calories count. Ok lets make more simple for you. Do 10 minutes more walking and light dinner for 2 days for example, more of liquid like chaanch ,salad and soup and 1 bowl of oat with lots of veggies. That's it.....and trust me you are going to enjoy this meal.
We should not eat potatoes, is it really true? Potatoes contain good amount of fiber, vitamin C, sodium, potassium, manganese and vitamin B6. It is very important that what cooking medium we are using to cook them.Boiling, grilling, roasting and baking are some healthy options.Avoid frying them as it will increase the calories. So if you want to have potatoes in your diet, you can have them in moderate amount and cook them in healthy cooking medium.
We have often heard that we should drink lots of water, but sometimes drinking just plain water is very boring. Let's start something more intresting. Do you know about infused water? It's just adding pieces of some veggies and fruit in your drinking water. You can add lemon, cucumber, carrot, coriander or orange any fruit or vegetable you like. It will add flavour and nutrients to your diet. So choose your favourite vegetable and enjoy your infused drink.
