I Sangeet Function l

Makeup:
Hair: .bagban

Many times people tell me to do as the market is trending, going lightest, plastering layers of foundation, too much highlighter and snatched Contouring. I feel I don't need to be like everyone else, i like doing makeup in a European style: less foundation, light contouring if needed, sticking to the skin tone or two shade lighter as per clients requirements.

Likewise I get clients who want makeup to look very natural & minimal. My bride here wanted really light base, pink tone eyes, blush and n**e lips. She wanted open hair with curls and we added a beautiful accessories which was a stick on band from . Don't you think she looks stunning and ready to rock the dance floor?

I totally love the mauve and pink shades of the bride's mother and sister's garment. I decided to go with tones of pink, burgundy, n**e and mauve shades for eyes and lips for them with a dash of shimmer on their eyes to sparkle at the evening sangeet function. A brown smokey eyes for bride's sister- in-law to compliment her black dress.

The word 'Sangeet' translates from Sanskrit to 'sung together', and is also used to describe a celebratory event during an Indian wedding. This musical night is a celebration of the union of not only the couple but the bonding of both families.

The natural look /n**e makeup/ minimal makeup : This has been one of my favourite look of the wedding. I have matched the foundation shade to the skin tone, added subtle shadow and light instead of harsh contouring. Love the way the face has brightened up with the beautiful nauvari saree and a peshwai nath which enhances the whole look. Doesn't she look gorgeous ?

We decided to go with pinkish n**e shade to compliment the green garment for the sister and a light makeup with pinkish touch just the way mothers prefer. My clients prefer sticking to their real skin tone so they don't feel it's too cakey or loud.
