This patient came from MP with prominent redness over full face, neck and chest with itching.
Scaly lesion over abdomen.
On first look I was in mind of photosensitivity.(sun allergy)
No clear cut margin.on first look it was difficult to diagnose as tinea infection.but patient given history of annular lesion suggestive of tinea infection.
On asking patient given history of regular application of Dermi 5 cream and had applied more than 100 tubes.
Profound redness of face,neck and chest was due to this excessive application of steroid chemical in Dermi 5 cream .
Advice -Pl take expert advice before taking oral or applying topical creams for long term.

હેતા સ્કીન કલીનીક અસારવા (અભિષેક 3),સોની ની ચાલી (સુમેલ ૭) અને હાટકેશ્વર આજે તા 6-3-23 (હોળી તહેવાર) અને આવતીકાલે તા 7-3-23 ના રાબેતા મુજબ ચાલુ રહેશે અને તા 8-3-23 ને બુધવારે રજા રહેશે.
