Job Title: Therapist (Fresher)
Qualification: Min 8th Pass
Age:18 to 35 years
Salary: In hand Rs 10000/-,Rs 12500 ctc
Incentive: Slab based Incentive structure, based on service hours. Max up to 5k.
Facilities: Free accommodation, free Transportation, Free Training
After completion of one year free to and fro train tickets to hometown.
After completion of two years free ticket and stay for 2 nights for one of the parents either father or mother to meet the therapist
After completion of three years additional bonus of Rs one Lakh .
Yearly increments based on performance with min 10% to max 20% increase.
