Does mango makes you fat?

The truth is NO
We fear to eat the most loved fruit...humble mango.
Reason ... The myth it's going to make you fat.
Somehow it's true, because the way we eat mango is all wrong resulting in weight gain.
Then, how to eat it correctly?
# mango should be taken as a snack , not as a dessert after main meals.
# mango shake is not a side thing with Parantha or sandwich, it's going to double the calories taken.
# mango shake itself is a meal and to make it complete meal just add little bit of oats or sattu and nuts and here your super delicious complete meal is ready.
# enjoy it as a snack and it's never going to make you gain weight .

SUGAR
Brown sugar or white sugar??
Which one is healthy??
What about jaggery?
How much sugar in a day?

Well , all your queries are answered here.
We all know, sugar is made from sugarcane, which goes through lots of processing and finally white sugar crystals reach our home.
Brown sugar is nothing but white sugar plus molasses.
Calorie-wise, brown sugar is 17 calories per teaspoon and white sugar is 16 calories per teaspoon.
So sugar is sugar, and brown sugar in excess is as harmful as white sugar.
Regarding jaggery, it has little nutrional value too as it has fibre, iron , b vitamins, potassium and phosphorus.
So it's a good substitute for sugar but again it is sugar only so excess use should be avoided.

Excess sugar in any form is harmful as it inhibits immunity, inhibit growth hormone production, and great food for cancer cells to grow madly.
( do you know excess sugar consumption is leading cause of cancer nowadays) .

So, what are the substitutes for sugar??
Raw honey, pure jaggery, stevia leaves, pure maple syrup but all in moderation.😁

Masala chai /indian tea:

Who doesn't know the love for typical Indian chai. Tea Made with varities of masala and adding on milk and sugar or jaggery. Every occasion , every house has its own story of Indian chai in it.

Though loaded with health benefits like decrease tiredness, antioxidants doses, decrease inflammation and many more, I would like to share where most people goes wrong in getting the most BENEFITS of tea

1)The first thing in morning should not be tea, as typical Indian tea is made with lots of brewing after adding milk which results in toxins development in tea, causing more harm than good. Moreover, don't give your body caffeine typically after waking up.

Instead start your day with whole fruits, nuts and seeds😁

2) Never have tea as a meal replacement of breakfast, lunch and dinner, because along with tea, you are going to munch on all packed stuff may be whole packet of biscuits and chips, leading to weight gain in long run. Tea should be included as midmeal.

3) Do not drink tea after 6 pm, as being rich in caffeine it will lead to sleep deprivation, causing more hormonal imbalance in the long run.

4) Tea should never be taken with main meal as it decreases the absorption of iron and other nutrients present in food, leading to total waste of food intake . So don't have tea with Parantha or poha or anything. As people mostly do.

# last but not the least , Don't have more than 2 cups of tea in a day as it's rich in caffeine , instead include herbal tea in your diet which will give you more benefits.you can reduce the amount of tea slowly by putting less tea in same number of cups .

If you like the post, do like and share it and comment for any queries 😁.
