Zeer pot - this can b used by diabetic pts of low economic status who don't have refrigerator at Home for storage of insulin,as I had seen many pts who were on put on insulin & had poor glycemic control bcoz of improper storage

🙏Imagine that our body is a small town.
🙏The biggest troublemaker in this town is - .
He also has some companions. His main partner in crime is - .😆
😏Their job is to roam in the streets, create chaos and block the roads.
❤️The_heart is the city center of this town. All the 🛣️ roads lead to the heart.

✓When these troublemakers start increasing, you can imagine what happens. They try to obstruct the work of the heart ❤️.
🙏But our body-town also has a 🚓 police force deployed - 🚨
The good policeman catches these troublemakers and puts them in jail ( )
Then the removes them from the body - through our drainage system.
But there is also a bad cop - 😭 who is hungry for power.
takes these miscreants out of jail and lets them back on the streets.
When the good cop 🚨 goes down, the whole town goes haywire.

🙏Do you want to reduce these miscreants and increase the number of good policemen?

Start !
With every step will increase, and miscreants like , and will decrease.
Our body (town) will come alive again.
– the city center – will be protected from the blockage of miscreants( ) .
And when the heart is healthy, we will also be healthy.
So whenever we get a chance – start walking!
