As a nutritionist I regularly tell my clients to include Yoga in their routine.

Starting with very easy poses for 15-20mins which will not only helps you to ✅stay active but ✅reducing stress hormones ✅Improving Flexibility and Pelvic Pain.

In particular I have created a routine to how to get started in Yoga with the experience I had in Rishikesh while yoga training + help of my Yoga Teacher

Broccoli is my Bro💚

I am a broccoli monster even before I started my career in wellness industry, even before I knew the concepts of health. The harah colour kind of attracted me 🫰🏻

Always used to order pastas or salads in which broccolis are one of the major ingredients. 😋

I remembered I went on a date and it was a buffet dinner and as soon as I saw broccoli salads, I was crazily stuffing my plate then my mouth with it 😅

Look where my destiny brought me, now I am growing them😍

My quest of bringing health to your very home fuel me to farms and how commercial production is done of our food.

How much Natural is really natural 🧐 well that’s a different topic will definitely discuss some other time but it brought me here.

To the farms -
so first time ever ,
we planted them ,
watched them grow,
harvested & ate 🫶🏻

The taste was wonderful,
We personally experienced & got feedback’s too 🙏🏻

It’s Pesticide Free & Farm Fresh like wow 👌

👌 - ज्ञान मुद्रा - Very common mudra while practising meditation and also very common gesture to appreciate something or someone

👌This gesture / mudra stimulates the root chakra , which reduces tension and sadness.

👌Method : Touch the tip of your index finger with the tip of your thumb, the other 3 fingers can be just kept free.
