Life is so heartbreaking 😢

Pratik Joshi had been living in London for the past six years, working as a software engineer. He’d spent all that time building towards one dream bringing his wife, Dr. Komi Vyas, and their three young children over from India to start a better life together in the UK.

After years of sacrifice, paperwork, and patience, it was finally happening. Just two days ago, Dr. Vyas resigned from her job. The family had packed their bags, said their goodbyes, and were ready to begin their new chapter.

This morning, full of excitement and hope, they boarded Air India Flight 171 bound for London. They even took a selfie to send to loved ones a simple moment that captured the start of what should’ve been a fresh beginning.

But heartbreakingly, they never made it. The flight crashed. None of them survived.

In a matter of moments, an entire future was gone. It’s a cruel and painful reminder that life hangs by a thread. All the things we build, all the plans we make, all the people we love it can all be taken away in an instant.

So while we’re here, don’t put things off. Tell your people you love them. Chase the life you want. And never forget how precious each day really is. 🥹🥲

Today, I start this page with something special.
My twin brother just graduated from high school in the United States.
Even though we are far apart, I feel close to him.
We were born together, grew up together, and now we chase our dreams in different places.
I miss him every day, but I am proud of him.
This moment is big for both of us.
One day, we will meet again and celebrate everything we’ve achieved.
Congratulations, my twin.
