Artificial and “natural” flavours in supplements come in the form of high-fructose corn syrup, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, artificial sweetener, flavour enhancers and other unnecessary ingredients in your vitamins. 2) Food Colouring
Many times artificial colours are added to supplements to make them more attractive. However, it comes at a price from the risks of allergies and DNA damage to cancer.
3) Lead, Mercury and PCBs
Industrial waste like lead, mercury, and PCBs are affecting large fishes such as salmon, tuna, and more. This effect is carried forward in many fish oil supplements.

4) Titanium Dioxide
