Salamba Shirshasana also called as King of Asanas is not just meant for physical benefits alone. The major role is to handle Anxiety and instant Stress relief, also keeps you focus and calm..
I personally prefer doing this pose in Mins rather than secs. So you can able to feel what this pose does to your brain. But this pose has lot of contraindications so consult your trainer before practicing. .
