Hair Fall Treatment & Hair Growth Oil - 1

Nature is the best medicine for all.
To fight against Hair Fall and promote Hair Growth, nature has provided wonderful product. That is nothing but NIGELLA SEEDS.

All u need is : (for single time use)

1. Nigella seeds - 1/2 tspn
2. Coconut Oil - 7 tspn
3. Castor oil - 3 tspn
Cold compressed oil are the best.

How to make it.. Its simple..

1. Take 1tspn of Nigella seeds and powder them using mixer.
2. Take a clean vessel or pan, place over the stove or induction stove or oven. Take some coconut oil (7 tspn) allow it to heat mildly (or microwave for 20 secs)
3. To the heated coconut oil, add 3tspn of castor oil and heat mildly (or microwave for 15 secs).
4. Finally to the oil mixture, add the powdered Nigella seeds and heat mildly (or microwave for 20 secs).
5. Take the oil mixture and alow it to cool, let the mixture remain undisturbed for atleast 12 hours.
6. Finally filter the oil before using.

How to Use..

1. Take the filtered oil apply in scalp and hair for couple hours before hair wash.
2. (or optional step) after applying oil in hair, take a towel soaked in hot water, squeeze the water, ensure towel contains mild heat. Wrap the hair covering scalp using this towel for an hour.
3. Using mild shampoo take a hair wash.

Use this Oil continuously for at-least few weeks ( 3 weeks - weekly 2 twice). See the result. :) :) :)
