Guru Poornima greetings to all of you! We are grateful to all the Gurus and mentors who have moulded us into who we are. Special remembrance of late Shri. Dr.B.Venkat Rao and late Dr. B.Vijayalakshmi doyens of Naturopathy in Andhra Pradesh; Late Shri. Dr. J.Lakshmi Narayana Rao and Dr. J. Rajyalakshmi doyens of Naturopathy who started the first Nature Cure Hospital in Chennai; and our mentors Dr. B. Bapuji and Dr.B.Rani Bapuji.

Parenting challenges for the millennial come in various dimensions causing stress and strain in the precious parent-child relationship.
This session aims at creating a healthy and nourishing parent-child bond.

"Healthy and tasty" - an oxymoron? Not at Layas. We had conducted an awareness program on Sattvic Diet at our Center. Dr. Roja Gurumoorthy emphasized on the importance of Sattvic Diet and introduced the participants to mouth watering recipes for a complete Sattvic Diet plan. Here are some pictures from the program.
