turmeric mask for dry skin

My facial for fresh face

All u need is.....

turmeric powder - 2 tspn
coconut oil - 2 Tbsn
lemon juice - 1 tspn
Rose water - 1 tspn ( optional)

How to make it.....

1. take a small cup, add the coconut oil and refrigerate for 5 mins closed with lid, so that it turns creamy
2. Take a cold coconut oil, add tumeric and lemon juice mix well.
2. Let the entire mix to rest for 5 in refrigerator.

How to use...

How to apply it
1. Wash your face and neck region with luke warm water so that pores gets opened.
2. Optional step- take rose water in a cotton and apply it on face and neck region. Which act as a toner. Leave it for 2 mins.
3. Take the prepared face mask and apply on face and neck region and allow it to sit for 10 mins. Then apply 2nd coat of mask allow it for 10 mins
4. Then take luke warm water and gently wash the face and neck region.
5. Pat dry face and neck region.
6. Again gently wash the face with cold water.

Biotin laddus from youtube

dry roast the below ingredients (except jaggery and dates) and grind into powder seperately then make ladoo balls using ghee.

flaxseed - 200g
almonds - 100g
peanuts - 100g
sesame seeds - 50g
jaggery - 50g
dates - 50g

1 month Review: i had a laddu, each day.. it was a healthy snack. below is my review

1. healthy snack
2. i didn't find any quick hair growth but had a satisfactory of having a quite healthy laddu
3. i find its too nutty, taste was not much as i used lesser sweet and it might cause allergic if u hv nut allergy
4. after 15 days i saw some reduction of hair fall.
5. bit out of regular using ingredients
6. finally i see some weight loss in this 30 days😀


over all it was a a good hair care food. if we follow regularly, i hope difference can be seen.

Rice water method or yao method for hair growth.

1 month Review: i tried washing my hair every 2 days and also left unwashed for couple of days to find the results

pros:
1. reduced hair fall.
2. detanglering solution.
3. i find hair growth in length wise
4. volume wise i see some dense but not as in other video shows, the density is might be due to less hair fall.
5. the is no smell when i left my hair unwashed couple of days extra.
6. no itchy or dandruff seen on using this.

cons:
1. hair fall is seen after when i stopped using it.. i think i shredded my hair in total😂
2. my hair looks oily but when feel it i don't feel much of oil as it looks

over all it will be a good hair care if we follow regularly.

Day - 3 Review:

pros:
after my 2 tries of this rice water method i was really impressed with detangling and hair fall issues ( reduced than last wash)

fragrance: i can assure u without using the shampoo past week, and only wash with rice water and plain water.. i see my hair is great. usually when using sgampoo the hair smells due to sweat in couple of days.. but after this they is no such things.

cons:
1. i did find my hair increased in volume as they showed / reviewed in other videos.
2. my hair looks oily but when feel it i don't feel much of oil as it looks

Day - 2 Review:

pros:

i just feel something worth trying..

1. Detangler :
i find my hair detangled better than last time.

2. Hairfall:
wow.. reduced much much better this time i can count my hair fall strands hardly within 5.. a best solution for hair fall.

3. fragrance:
using orange a soothing effect when doing massage and i did not find any smell couple of days ( i never used shampoo last wash)

cons:
1. i find my hair slightly oily i m not sure its because of my scalp type. let me find out in next couple of days.

Rice water method or yao method for hair growth

traditional Japanese method followed by various countries for hair growth and maintenance. rice water method works only when the fermentation process is done. below is the procedure

all u need is
1. white rice - 1/2 cup
2. water - 1 liter
3. cirtus fruit peel ( using orange) - 1 fruit

how to do

1. take a deep bowl add tge rice and rinse the rice for a 30 sec with one cup water to remove dirt in the rice.
2. now add 1 liter of water to the rice and rinse well with the rice until water turns white and then soak it for 30 mins
3. take another bowl and filter the water and add tge orange peels in it and boil the water for 10 mins
4. allow the water to cool and pour in air tight container and rest in warm place for fermentation.
( note: fermentation process depends on the location u live and based on the temperature. I live in India and i did it for 3 days)

how to use

1. u need 10 solid mins to massage ur hair with the fermented rice water. take a spray botte or with a small cup start pouringstart spraying the rice water from scalp to roots and massge the scalp with ur head against gravity ( reverse method) so the blood circulation flows to head .

2. allow the fermented water be in the head for 30 to 40 mins

3. wash the hair with plain water and dry the hair in the natural sunlight

pros:
1. rice water rich in protein helps for gair growth
2. citric acid in the peel helps to reduce dandraff.
cons:
1. too much protein will damage the hair

so thats y i m going to follow the rice water method every 2 days and also want to share my review/give feedback on the same day after using the rice water method.

Day - 1 :

after the gair wash with plain water i find my hair detangled without much effort, less hair loss which is great positive and super shine in my hair.

All u need is.....

banana - 1 chopped into pieces
Yogurt/curd- 2 Tbsp
coconut oil - 1 Tbsp

How to make it.....

1. Take a mixer add banana into fine paste
2. To the mixer add yogurt/ curd, and coconut oil along with banana paste and grind it into smooth paste

How to use...

How to apply it

1. spray some water on the hair and apply the hair mask as sections
2. apply on scalp and allow it to sit for an hour
3. wash the hair with warm or normal water with mild shampoo

this is my personally loved hair mask. Potassium and natural oil in banana helps the hair grow also helps in reducing dandruff

How to make a simple mask:

How to make it

1. Take a small bowl, add the licorice powder and curd mix well to form a smooth paste.
2. Let the entire mix to rest in refridgerator for 10 mins.

How to use

1. Wash the face and neck region with luke warm water
2. Optional step - apply rose water with the cotton
3. Apply the prepared face mask in face and neck regions and allow it to dry.(take 20 mins aproximately)
4. wash the face and neck gently with cold water and pat dry the face.

Using this product for past one month ( twice a day)

Does have a mild fragrance of coffee. As other face wash it does not lather much. Need to completely wet the hand and take a small quantity of face wash and rub it for 30 sec to lather.

Skin feels fresh and soft after the use. It brightens the face.
