Successfully completed a 7 days camp in GB Pant University in Pantnagar

I felt extremely delighted to see the enthusiasm of little children and adults to get on their mat and practice yoga.

Be willing to do whatever it takes to be a warrior for your own health

Two days workshop was conducted at Siddharth Estate Apartments to spread the awareness on WHY DO YOGA?

I genuinely thank the secretary of Siddharth Estate Mr. Ashish Verma ji for being so kind, welcoming and helpful to us. He understood the importance of yoga in this world of machines and fast pace life and allowed us to do this workshop 🙂

Dehradun is a magical and beautiful place and so are all the people who live , So lets inspire and aware all about the benefits of Yoga by making them practice it even if the count is 2
