4 IMPORTANT TIPS TO FIND RIGHT FOUNDATION SHADE.

Foundation is the Photoshop of every girl. It should always be seamlessly blend with the skin so that it evens out your skin tone and makes you look natural. You can only look best, when you choose the correct shade. So how do we go about finding the right color?

1) OPT FOR DARKER SHADE.
If you are ever in between the shades and are unsure of the
shade, go with the darker shade. Going with lighter shade
almost always looks chalky and artificial.

2) DON'T CHECK COLOR ON YOUR HAND.
The skin on the back of your hand is not the same tone
which is on your face. So instead, swatch along the side of
the jawbone for an exact color match. Your hands are
subject to more sunlight, so they they have a tendency to
be darker.

3) LOOK FOR COVERAGE.
Think about the foundation coverage you would like. If you
love long-wear foundation to take you from day to night,
then go for a fuller coverage. Or if you prefer a natural
makeup look, a light coverage foundation will be perfect for
you.

4) TAKE CARE OF THE LIGHTS.
Make sure you check your foundation in daylight to prevent
choosing a shade that is too grey, too pink or too orange,
depending on your skin undertones.

TIPS FOR BEAUTIFUL GLOWING EYES :

1) USE MILK :
Mix salt in fresh milk and dip 2 cotton balls in it. Close your eyes and place these cotton balls on your eyes. Massage with these balls smoothly on your eye area. Also best tip for tired eyes and wrinkles. Using this tip before going out to your work keep your eyes fresh and clean. Milk is the best eye cleanser.

2) JASMINE FLOWER :
Mix few drops of Lemon juice in Jasmine flower oil or extracts. Massage with it daily before going to bed. The best tip for glowing eyes.

3) RAW POTATO:
Raw potato contains an enzyme that helps to make your eyes healthy and brighter. Lay slices straight on your eyes, or mash raw Potatoes and wrap it in a clean cotton hankie. Patted on thinly with your ring fingers; don’t rub, pull or drag the skin. Place it on your eyes for 10-15 minutes it will remove fine lines around your eyes and glow your eyes effectively

4) CUCUMBER :
Slice of cucumber are very soothing, placing Cucumber slices on your eyes is also best tip keep your glowing eyes health naturally.

5) PINEAPPLE WITH COCONUT WATER :
Mix few drops of Pineapple juice in Coconut water and dip a cotton cloth pad in it. Place it on your eyes for 10-15 minutes. Best tip for fresh and glowing eyes naturally

6) ROSE WATER
Mix Rose water with Glycerine and keep it in a glass bottle with lid. Daily massage with it for healthy, glowing, attractive and beautiful eyes.

7)FENNEL SEEDS WITH CARROT JUICE :
Soak Fennel Seeds (saunf) in Carrot juice overnight. Next morning make a paste with it and apply it on your eyes by mixing 1 tablespoon Aloe Vera gel in it. Wash your eyes with fresh water after 15-20 minutes. The most effective and good tip for glowing and healthy eyes.

Keep your skin soft and glowing in winters by using few tips.

Winters make our skin dry and steals moisture, so we need to be extra careful in the months of winter to keep our skin healthy and nourished. Lets check out which tips we must follow to achieve glowing skin in winters.

1) MOISTURIZE IMMEDIATELY AFTERWARDS : Your skin not only needs more moisture, but moisture right after you wash your hands. Applying moisture to damp skin helps seal that dampness into the skin. Always keep a moisturizer near you, at wash basin, and at every sink.

2) PROTECT : Get used to wearing gloves and scarves to protect skin from cold winds, rain, and snow. Also, don’t forget the sunscreen. Winter sun can be just as damaging as summer sun, so apply a Sunscreen whenever you are under sun.

3) STAY HYDRATED : We tend to drink less water in the winter because we turn to hot drinks like cocoa and tea, but don’t forget that your skin needs hydration from the inside, out. A little warm water with lemon can be very refreshing and hydrating at the same time.

4) MOISTURIZE BEFORE SLEEP : Dryer areas like hands, feet, elbows, and knees have thin skin and tend to loose moisture faster than other areas on the body. To prevent dryness or roughness apply deep moisturizing lotion at night, then wear cotton gloves and socks to seal in the moisture until morning.

5) USE HOME MADE FACE PACKS : Homemade hydrating face packs can provide needed moisture in the winter months. Use natural moisturizing ingredients like honey, avocado, curd, olive oil, jojoba oil, almond oil, bananas and Aloe Vera. Mix what you like together to create a cream or paste, and leave on skin for 10-30 minutes for lasting hydration.

6) CHOOSE WINTER MOISTURIZER CAREFULLY : Some moisturizers have petroleum-based ingredients that can actually further dry your skin in the winter months. Be sure to choose a smart formula that has natural, nourishing ingredients. Go for an oil-based rather than a water-based solution, as it’s more likely to help your skin retain moisture in the winter. Try products with natural moisturizing oils, as they’re made with natural, hydrating ingredients like lavender, chamomile, jojoba, and more, which help soothe dry, itchy skin.

7) DO NOT USE HOT WATER : Always wash in lukewarm water. Hot showers and baths always feel good in the winter. But when you can, particularly when just washing your face or hands, choose lukewarm water to avoid stripping as many oils away from the skin.

8) EXFOLIATE OR SCRUB : We often forget to help the skin to remove dead cells in the winter, particularly on our hands. Yet moisture can’t get in if the dead cells are too plentiful. Find an exfoliating mask and use it on your face and your hands, as well as gently on your lips, then follow immediately with moisture to truly see a smoother difference. Exfoliating body washes are also helpful in the winter months.

Do you know that your lifestyle can also cause your lips to darken. So to avoid darken lips you need to modify your lifestyle too. Let me tell you some of the causes .I will also tell you how we can treat dark lips naturally.

CAUSES

*Sucking on the lips.
*Exposure to the sun or humid temperatures.
*Poor or unhealthy diet.
*Improper lifestyle habits.
*Hormonal imbalances
*Low quality cosmetics.
*Vitamin deficiency.
*Overuse of fluoride

TREATMENT

* Make a fine paste of rose petals by crushing the petals properly. Mix rose petals paste, milk cream, honey, butter each of 1 tbsp by adding water.Spread this paste as a lip balm to remove lip blackness.Repeat this dark lips remedy until you see the change in your lip color.

* Take some strawberries and crush them into a paste.Add baking soda to this paste and mix it well. Apply the paste on your dark lips before going to bed.Leave the homemade dark lip scrub overnight. Rinse it off with water in the morning. Repeat this dark lips treatment until your lip blackness is completely removed.

* Take a fresh beetroot and extract the juice from it.Before going to sleep, apply this juice on your dark lips.Leave it overnight and clean it off with water on the next morning.Continue to use this dark lips treatment until you get rid of dark lips completely.

* Take some honey and raw milk and mix them in a bowl. Apply the resultant on affected areas to reduce lips darkness.Leave the mixture on the dark lips until it dries.Then, rinse with water.
Continue to use this dark lips remedy at home until you obtain best results

* Mix honey, granulated sugar and almond oil in a bowl to form a cream.Apply this combination on the dark lips and scrub gently for 4 minutes.Then clean the cream from your lips with water.
Use this dark lips treatment cream once in a week until you obtain desired results.
