As parents, a significant portion of our time is dedicated to raising our children and taking care of our families. We often find it challenging to prioritize self-care within our daily routines, despite recognizing its importance.

I follow the CTM routine 3-4 days a week, including exercises for wrinkles, jaws, and under the eye. These exercises help reduce the effects of ageing and life's pressures on my skin. Additionally, I make sure to consume over 2 litres of water daily to stay hydrated, along with seasonal fruits.

It's been 1+ year since I learnt to do face yoga and my skin is glowing & moreover looking younger than my actual age. It's tremendously good. I have been getting compliments since then. As it was & it's still my dream to look gorgeous even in my old age. Now with this face yoga & your efforts, I believe that yes even after 40's we all can look younger at any age.
