Plus, it's often made with simple ingredients. Sourdough bread typically falls within the low to moderate GI range (less than 55), while regular bread can range from moderate to high GI (5 ji 5 and above), depending on factors like the type of flour used and added sugars. Definitely worth considering for a healthier option! 🍞✨"

2. **Clean Eating:**
Adopting a clean eating approach involves consuming whole, minimally processed foods. Focus on fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains, while minimizing intake of processed foods, added sugars, and unhealthy fats.

3. **Nutrition and Supplement Support:**
Ensure your diet includes a variety of nutrients. If needed, consider supplements to fill nutritional gaps. Consult with your Wellness Coach to determine specific supplement needs based on your diet, lifestyle, and health goals.

4. **Exercise 5 Times a Week:**
Regular exercise is essential for physical and mental well-being. Aim for a mix of cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility exercises. Consistency is key, so establish a routine that includes activities you enjoy to make it sustainable.

5. **Sunbathe Daily 30 Mins:**
Exposure to sunlight is crucial for vitamin D synthesis in the body. Aim for about 30 minutes of sunlight daily, preferably in the morning or late afternoon. Ensure you protect your skin from harmful UV rays, especially during peak sunlight hours.

Incorporating these action tips into your daily routine can contribute significantly to your overall health and well-being.
