This is a simple look that you can recreate on your own as you need to play with just one eyeshadow color.

Apply the eyeshadow on your eyelid using a flat brush after you have applied eye base or primer. Use the brush on your lower eye to create a smudge effect. Dab on some glitter using your index finger (or a brush whichever you find easier).

Use highlighter below your brow line and on the inner corners of your eyes.

Apply black liner in winged effect. Use the indigo liner on your waterline to complete the look.
