Bulking is misunderstood, know the basics of bulking!

Training:- During the bulking face our body is at its peak strength. So we can train closer to our 5RM & lift really heavy. The training frequency should be planned well.

Nutrition:- Calories consumed must be higher than the calories burnt. The total calories to be consumed must be planned considering the BMR & level of activity.

Rest & Recovery:- A good amount of sleep (7-9 hrs.) help a lot in maintioning the tripod of fitness(train, eat, sleep) & getting you ready for the next workout as well as helping you in absorbing the nutrition better.

Cardiovascular Exercise:- Steady state cardio can be done to maintain good heart health & keep the water retention & excess water weight.

Supplements:- It's necessary to use the right supplements to boost your progress. Nutritional & support supplements can be used to complete your micro & macro requirements.
