Progress with Ayurveda within 6 months, that too with very minimal medicines.

Condition: Premature ovarian failure … atrophic ovaries, amenorrhea( missed periods) , left o***y 10mm cystic area and pelvic discomfort .
After 6 months of medication - Normal ovaries. right o***y volume improved , left o***y no cyst and normal volume , regular menstrual cycle and no pelvic pain. Awaiting blood reports !

Struggling with Digestive issues???🌿

1. Eat According to Your Dosha

Identify your Ayurvedic body type (Vata, Pitta, or Kapha) and consume foods that balance your dosha.

For example, Vata types benefit from warm, grounding foods, Pitta types from cooling, non-spicy foods, and Kapha types from light, dry, and warming foods.

2. Follow Regular Meal Times

Eat meals at the same time daily to regulate your digestive fire (Agni).

Avoid overeating or skipping meals, as it disrupts digestion.

Also, chew Food Thoroughly

3. Incorporate digestive spices like ginger, cumin, fennel, coriander, turmeric and asafoetida ( hing) in your meals to enhance digestion.

Drinking warm ginger tea before meals and seasoned buttermilk ( takra) after meals can stimulate Agni and boost digestion. 

4. Sipping a small quantity of warm water in btw meals can help digest better. 

5. Practice Portion Control.( Golden rule for digestion) 

Fill 1/2 portion of stomach with solid food 1/4 with liquid and leave the remaining 1/4 for air to conduct digestion effectively. 

6. Avoid Incompatible Food Combinations (Viruddha Ahara)

Avoid combining foods like milk and citrus fruits or fish and milk, as they may cause digestive disturbances.

7. Stay Active After Eating.

Engage in a light walk for 10–15 minutes after meals to aid digestion. Avoid lying down immediately.

8. Avoid raw vegetables , sprouted grains, vinegar, fermented foods, maida ,curd (at night especially ) 

Add fiber-rich foods like fruits( only one fruit at a time) , well cooked vegetables and whole grains to prevent constipation.

9. Relax and Eat Mindfully

Avoid eating while stressed, angry, or distracted. A calm environment supports better digestion.

10. Detox Regularly.

Ayurvedic detox methods, such as intermittent fasting, herbal cleanses , basti therapy etc can help reset your digestion.
