Pranayama Alternate nostril breathing. Close the right nostril and inhale through the left and close the left exhaling through the right.The breath should be long and deep.The practice can be enhanced by doing it with Kumbhaka or breath retention.Beneficial in improving the lung capacity and removing blockages.

Nadi Shodhana pranayama part 2.After regular practice of this pranayama one can proceed to stage 2 which is controlling the duration of each inhalation and exhalation .Start with equal duration of inhalation and exhalation .
