Here is my tip for d day
Eating a proper breakfast is d most positive thng u can do if u r trying to lose weight. Breakfast skippers tend to gain weight. A balanced breakfast includes fresh fruit or fruit juice, a high-fibre breakfast cereal, low-fat milk or yoghurt, wholewheat toast, and a boiled egg.

Here is d tip for d day.
If u r working on getting leaner, dnt cut out gud, healthy fats lyk omega-3 fatty acids. Lack of these nutrients can negatively impact d speed n how u age. To keep feeling n looking younger, incorporate more fish oil, walnuts, and flax seeds into ur diet, which also help d skin in staying supple n wrinkle-free. Omega-3s also help boost brain health n keep d heart in gud shape n working.

Fitness tip for d day:-
Dnt go to d gym widout an idea wat u're going to do, u'll waste tym once u're der. Pick a plan u're prepared to commit to it for at least a month, n stick to it.

Here's d fitness tip for d day....
Der r certain muscle-building basics, First, Increase ur caloric n complete protein intake. Den, wen u enter d gym, focus on ur form. Perform compound movements n train wid weights on average around 4 tyms a week. Never underestimate d importance of rest. Remember, muscle tissue grows outside d gym wen u’re giving ur body tym to relax n recover after ur workouts...

If possible, eat organic foods n, above all, maintain a balanced diet consisting of fruits, vegetables, complex carbohydrates, complete proteins, n fats including such things as fish oils and flaxseeds...
