*Preparation
2 spoon Fenugreek seed(Methi Dana) and 4 Spoon properly washed Rice Soak in 100 ml water overnight or at least for 14-16 hours. Then drain the water and store it in a spray bottle for the next 7-10 days.
*Usage
Spray this water on your whole scalp at least 30 mins before shampoo.

*Preparation
Squeeze 1 pc lemon juice and mix it with 2 spoons of virgin coconut oil. Mix them with some non-metal spoon. Wait for 2 mins.
*Usage
Apply the oil immediately after 2-5 mins. Do not store this oil. Keep the oil for 20 mins. Maximum 30 mins not more than that. Don't use this oil overnight. Lightly massage the oil. Wash it off after 20 mins with your regular shampoo.

*Preparation
Soak 2 spoon Methi in 100ml water for 11 to 12 hours. Then drain the water and store in a bottle for next 7 days.
*Usage
Whenever will do shampoo before that spray this water onto your whole scalp targeting the thinner hair areas and gradually cover the whole scalp. Wait for 30 mins at least then wash it off with any mild shampoo.
