Here are some hair care tips
*Pre-Shower Tips*

Haldi is a very useful item from the kitchen . It acts as an anti inflammatory ingredient for our health ,either it's external or internal .
Turmeric paste helps in healing any external wound .
Turmeric milk helps in controlling any kind of inflammation .
Turmeric when fixed with coconut oil , applied in hair ,helps in controlling dandruff or seborrheic dermatitis or any hair related issues .
Overall it has so many healing properties.Include proper quantity of haldi during cooking .It can help to heal you in so many different ways .

Winter is knocking on the door .Love your Skin and Hair . Apply moisturizer after facewash and before bedtime .Apply hair oil thrice a week , coconut oil is preferred.Coconut oil is preferred to apply on the body too , that half an hour before you take a shower.

How much do you include Chilli ( mirchi) in your diet ?
Chilli is a rich source of vitamin C .If you can't tolerate sour sources then include Chilli in your diet to overcome the deficiency.

Do you have Uric Acid issues in the body.
Avoid
Meat ( any kind of meat )
Packaged fruit juices
Refined carbohydrate ( cookies 🍪,white bread etc )
Few vegetables also contain Purine ( spinach , Cauliflower,brinjal , beans )
What should you include in your diet ?
Millets ( Jowar and Baajra) minimum for a month ,then you can alternate it with a meal and can include normal chapati in your diet .
Millets are rich in calcium, magnesium, phosphorus .It helps in keeping your bones strong and keeps you overall healthy .It helps in controlling the uric acid level .
Know and let know others too by whom you are surrounded.

UTI (Urinary Tract Infection)
It's more common in females than males .
Symptoms
Burning urine
Frequency is more
Lower abdominal pain
Feels like incomplete tendency
Fever
Lethargy
Nausea ( vomiting tendency)
Why females are more prone to this ?
First cause is the anatomical cause which I am avoiding to write here.
The second common cause is the E.coli Bacteria , will not elaborate here .
Pregnancy or menopause also is a cause .
Then the posture of urination for females .Females come in contact with the germs very soon compare to males .
Females have a tendency to stop the urine for long time ,that may be due to stopping herself from using public toilet or the work pressure.
Next comes the water intake quantity.Insufficient fluid intake can also cause the infection.
So my request to all the females to follow the basic steps
Flush the toilet before using the public toilet
Keep your part dry after every time you pass urine .
Wash after every urination ,back to front .
Pass the urine as soon as you get the urge for it .
Drink a sufficient quantity of water .
Ps: Many points may differ and miss ,may not go according to your health .

The commonest problem in females is Painful menstruation, Irregular periods and many more .Females aged between 35 to 40 plus should also follow this to avoid early menopause.If your period lasts only for 2 days ,then also this drink is for you .
1 cup of water
1/ 2 inch Ginger ( Adrak)
2 pinch Asafoetida ( Hing)
1/2 spoon Ajwain
Let it steam till bubbles come out and drink it 5 days before your period date for 5 days , in an empty stomach.
The above mentioned ingredients will help to
Reduce the menstrual cramps
Reduce body swelling if it is there
Helps in good flow by shrinking the uterus muscles.
Helps in thinning the blood resulting in good flow .
The better the flow the more comfortable you are .So make the drink and lead a cramp free period .

I am not extra sugar coated for your better health , being a doc how can I put you into health hazards .My extra sweetness may cause you diabetes,so I avoid being sweet .I hope the doubt is clear .

Do you drink Milk on a regular basis .
Go for this .
3 days in a week if you can drink Turmeric milk with 2 cardamoms , two cloves and 1 medium sized Cinnamon with a pinch of Turmeric ,half an hour before bedtime.
It will protect you against any infection.
Helps in joint pain
Boost immunity
Skin Glow
Good sleep

Are you a Tea Lover? In general Tea comes to mind as Milk Tea ,so read below .
Tea is not at all a good selection for health ,still if you have a regular habit of Tea.Here are simple tips to avoid the bloating tendency of stomach or acidity.
Drink a glass of Luke warm water in little sips in an empty stomach.
Take soaked almonds in an empty stomach ,then drink water and then have your tea .
Avoid Tea immediately after your meal ,it won't let your body get the sufficient nutrients as per your diet .
Avoid apples with Tea.
Avoid anything too cold immediately before or after Tea .
Avoid curd along with Tea .

Do you use a Hair Dryer Regularly.Stop
Regular use of a hair dryer can damage your scalp by its hot air resulting in dryness of hair and scalp both. Melanin will decrease resulting in premature greying of hair . Sometimes what you are using is alright but not a regular habit .
