Truncal acne is acne involving the chest, back or shoulders. It is present in more than half of the patients with acne.
Truncal acne can be treated by topical and oral antibiotics , topical or oral retinoids ,chemical peels.

Many other skin conditions may mimic truncal acne.
eg P. Folliculitis, post waxing Folliculitis
