Craving chocolate but trying to keep it clean? I’ve got you covered. These homemade, guilt-free chocolate treats are rich, fudgy, and packed with a secret protein powerhouse: Sattu!
No baking required, just pure goodness. Here is how I made them:
The Simple Recipe
The Base Blend:
1 cup Sattu (roasted gram flour for that amazing protein boost)
Dates (soaked in water for natural sweetness)
Dark Cocoa Powder
Almond Powder
-Just grind these together into a smooth, thick batter!
- Two Ways to Style It
1 Chocolate Almond Fudge Bars: Spread the batter into a tray and pop it in the fridge to set. Once firm, top it with a layer of melted dark chocolate and a generous handful of crushed almonds for that perfect crunch. Cut into bite-sized squares!
2 Coconut Chocolate Truffles: Roll the exact same batter into bite-sized balls , dip them in melted chocolate and roll them in shredded coconut for a gorgeous snowball effect.
