π§ββοΈβ¨ The Pranayama Workshop held on 16th May at Prayas Yoga Retreat was successfully completed with beautiful energy, deep learning, and positive experiences for all participants. Under the guidance of our founder, Yogi Mahendra, everyone got the opportunity to understand the true meaning of Pranayama and the deep connection between breath, body, and mind. πΏ
