*MoA:*
* Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist; it binds to the cysteinyl leukotriene (CysLT1) receptors, inhibiting leukotrienes (LTC₄, LTD₄, LTE₄) which cause airway edema, smooth muscle contraction, and mucus production.
* Levocetirizine is a selective H₁-histamine receptor antagonist; it blocks histamine binding to H₁ receptors, reducing vasodilation, vascular permeability, and symptoms like sneezing and itching.
