It is said that green tea & black tea contains certain antioxidants known as polyphenols (catechins) which appear to prevent cancer cells from dividing.
According to Journal of Cellular Biochemistry, these polyphenols that are abundant in green tea, red wine and olive oil, may protect against various types of cancer.Dry green tea leaves, which are about 40% polyphenols by weight, may also reduce the risk of cancer of the stomach, lung, colon, re**um, liver and pancreas, study findings have suggested.

Shrink large pores through hot and cold
Steam your face once a week for around 3 minutes to open, unclog and exfoliate your skin. After you are done, rinse your face with warm water or green tea. Green tea is both soothing and healing. It is packed with antioxidants and is a natural astringent.
To close the pores after steaming, gently apply an ice cube to your face for 15-30 seconds. This will have a tightening effect on your skin and temporarily reduce the size of your pores.
