The All India, Under 1600 FIDE Rating chess tournament was held from 29th August to 31st, At the Saroornagar indoor stadium.

It's been a wonderful august, with this being the highlight!

We got to meet many champions of the tournament, including The First place winner Imadabattini Joel, who won all nine games(the last photo is with him and his trophy 😁 ) ; we also met the respected Mr. Satyendranath Erramilli, a chess author and a foundation of Telangana chess, his book , "Sampurna Chadurangam", is a wonderful book and very informative.
