Odontogenic myxoma is a benign, locally aggressive neoplasm that can occur in maxillas and mandibles, with low prevalence. It grows slowly, causes bone expansion and destruction, and can reach a large size and cause facial deformity. Female, 25 years old, 3 years of evolution. The Weber Ferguson approach was performed and the tumor was removed by hemimaxillectomy (Brown level 3a). It was necessary to reconstruct part of the orbital floor and infraorbital rim with titanium mesh. A second maxillary reconstructive surgical phase will be required.
