Recipe:
Add the following to a blender, and blend well
2 cups of frozen fruit; I used mixed fruit packs that contained mixed berry’s, bananas and mango
1/4 avocado
2 tbsp oats
1 tbsp flax seed
2 tsp pink pitaya powder from
Roughly 200 ml of soy milk
Add yogurt and berry sauce (which is just microwaved frozen berries) to your glass and add the smoothie
Enjoy!
