I started AS Bodycare in 2019, the "AS" being my initials (Akanksha Sadekar). When i started this venture it was solely as a hobby and then I started selling to recover my costs and learned that people liked what I made and I loved what I did and little did I know that this is what I would want to do in the future!
Over time the business saw its ups and downs and built a decent customer base, grew and gained some recognition. One thing about us that spoke to our customers was the fact that we focused on customer care and quality products without hiding ingredients. What you see is what you get.
"Leal" is a Scottish word meaning loyal and honest, which are characteristics we choose to apply to our business, where we are loyal to our product quality and honest with our customers!

I have chosen this set of products as gifting options for mother's day because they help with improving your skin with selected ingredients, relieving stress through aromatherapy or have properties that will releive pain
A mother works day in and day out throughout the year, especially if she's a homemaker and deserves that one day where she can relax and tend to herself
The products available are:
Rose Clay Soap helps with appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and reduces puffiness and redness
Scented Candle helps with relieving stress
Mini Coffee Soap helps with exfoliation that gets rid of dead skin, improves circulation and leaves your face looking smoother
Tinted Lip Balm scented with a warm vanilla flavour oil helps in retaining moisture and repairs dry damaged lips leaving them soft and smooth

I always wanted to create a soap that looked and smelled like the sea or ocean.. This one didn't turn out exactly as I'd planned (because I was super impatient and poured the layers while they were too hot 😅🙈)
I was worried sick as to how they would look after I finally unmoulded them.. Boy was I happy when I finally did!! They looked amazing!! And they smell like a fresh oceanic mist..
Maybe the next batch will look a little more like I wanted it to.. But hey! That's the beauty of soapmaking!! You mess up but its still soap 🙈
Poured some in tiny moulds because I didn't want to waste it and I wanted to make it look pretty this time ☺️
