The ancient ways of skin care. My way into studying Ayurveda was paved so strongly that nothing could keep me away.

Coming from a lineage of Ayurvedic practitioners, watching my Grandparents do “सेवा” (selfless service) for people suffering from skin diseases by providing them with Ayurvedic Ghritam and growing up in the lapse of nature, all I understood was the power of healing Mother Earth holds. With this Bodh gathered over the years Body Bodh came into existence.
