SINGLE LEG DOWNWARD FACING DOG POSE.🐩
SOME BENEFITS OF THIS POSE:

Stretches the lower body. The inversion of downward dog helps you get into position to stretch the hamstrings, calves, and ankles fully.

PRECAUTIONS
Avoid or modify if you have hip pain, hip arthritis, or a hip replacement

Avoid or modify if you have a hamstring or groin tear or injury.

Avoid or modify if you have acute back pain or injuries, including surgeries, arthritis, disc bulging or herniation, or SI (sacroiliac) pain

SINGLE LEG CHAKRASANA /EKAPADA CHAKRASANA
This pose has all the benefits of Chakrasana on the back, the digestive system and the arms and even some more.
It obviously strengthens the thighs which you notice immediately when you do this exercise. Additionally it shapes your belly muscles which are active when you lift your leg up.
PRECAUTIONS

Do not indulge in this pose with injured arms, shoulders, neck, back, or hips.
People with heart problems or abnormal blood pressure must avoid chakrasana.

It is a big no for this pose if you have any severe back issues like cervical and lumbar spondylitis.

Pregnant women should avoid this pose.

Glaucoma patients must also refrain from this pose.

Avoid it in case of a hernia.

Do not try it with carpal tunnel syndrome or tendonitis.

Avoid if suffering from Headache.
