Through art, reflection, and mindful practices, they explored where they want to go, the strengths they need to cultivate, and the fears and obstacles that may arise along the way. The goal wasnโt to have all the answers, but to build the awareness and resilience to navigate change with confidence.
What stayed with me was their energy, curiosity, and courage. Every woman carried the potential of a leader, bringing her own unique voice to the larger collective.
