This is something I came across yesterday, and I wanted to share it with everyone as a reminder.
Zombies are not the ones who eat our brains. They are actually a manifestation of our inner fears, the fears that eat away at our true neural potential to live life holistically.
They are a metaphor for our self-doubt that feeds on our cognitive strength, and a mirror to our inhibitions that binge so deeply on our thoughts that they end up killing our motivation to move towards our goals.
So, how do we “kill” this inner zombie?
With true and holistic fitness.
A kind of fitness that begins with physical exercise but does not stop there. It extends into emotional strength, social connection, and a sense of community, and continues to grow with us So, what is that one zombie eating you up?
