SHIRSHASAN

Shirshasan is an inverted pose. In this asan one has to stand on the head with legs above the ground facing the sky.

GODDESS POSE ( UTKATA KONASAN)
The name Utkata konasana is derived from Sanskrit word. Utkat means powerful or fierce, kona means angle & Asana means posture. It is representation of DEVINE FEMININE ENERGY.It symbolizes power & strenght of faminine energy.
BENEFITS
* Strengthens legs, glutes, pelvic floor, core, and shoulders.
* Enhances focus and concentration.
* Improves balance and coordination.
* Stimulates digestion.
* Improves blood flow.
* Increases flexibility and mobility in the hips, shoulders, and legs.
* Promotes relaxation and stress relief.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Any issues related to the hips, or with any injury in the hamstrings, quadriceps, gluteus, pelvis, lower back, legs, feet, or toes, or who have undergone any recent hip replacement, ankles, knees surgery need to avoid this pose.
