Barber

Responsible for providing a wide range of personal grooming services, including cutting hair, trimming beards and moustaches and shaving.

Requirements
• Barber - a minimum of 5 to 7 years on the floor salon experience
• Candidates living in and around Peddar Road, Tardeo, Haji Ali, Breach Candy, Mahalaxmi, Worli will be preferred

Skills and Personal Qualities
• A professional who takes pride in producing quality finishes
• Strong knowledge of classic and creative cutting & shave techniques
• Good colour knowledge
• Strong on customer service
• Excellent communication
• Ability to build up client base and retain it
• Sales skills in recommending and selling hair products to clients and encouraging them to rebook
• Keen interest on fashion, celebrity and hair trends
• Self-motivated and driven

Qualification:
• Education: SSC +
• Valid Skill Certification

Experience:

Junior Assistants

Deliver outstanding customer service while providing high quality shampoos and conditioning treatments. Assist guests and team members as needed to keep the salon flowing smoothly, accurately and thoroughly.

Requirements
Candidates living in and around Peddar Road, Tardeo, Haji Ali, Breach Candy, Mahalaxmi, Worli will be preferred

Tasks/Responsibilities:
• Shampoo and condition guest’s hair for stylist
• Keep shampoo area clean and organized
• Maintain salon appearance and cleanliness
• Sweep around stylists' chairs
• Laundry
• Greet guests as they walk in and leave out
• Tell the appropriate technician their guest has arrived
• Inform guests when it is time to go back and get a shampoo, cape & drape, etc
• Promote and sell services and products, including recommending and selling additional services and/or retail products which will enhance and improve the guests’ image and/or contribute to the guest's satisfaction with services performed
• Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues, known safety hazards, or unsafe practices and procedures to supervisor immediately
• Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement
• Willing and timely ex*****on of other duties as delegated by leadership

Qualification:
• Education: SSC +
• Valid Skill Certification

Experience:
• Minimum 6 months experience as a Junior Assistant
