REQUIRE ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE - FEMALE
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To manage day to day operations of the accounts department
2. Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
3. Create and update expense reports, Process reimbursement forms.
4. Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
5. Check spreadsheets for accuracy.
6. Maintain digital and physical financial records.
7. To maintain and reconcile GST data.
8. Preparation of GSTR 1, 3B, Annual Returns
9. To prepare table of accounts, assign entries to proper accounts to ensure proper accounting
methods,
principles and policies are being followed through Tally.
10. Checking expenses & paying on time
11. Coordinate with Branch offices to maintain tally entry
12. Entry of purchases, sales PAN India level and incorporate Tally data along with Branch offices.
Qualification :
1. Bachelors degree in Commerce
2. Knowledge of accounting régulations and procedures
3. Expert in handling accounting software like Tally
4. MS Excel skills
5. Experience with General Ledger functions
 Experience – 3 years
 Location – Chandivali, Andheri east
 Salary – upto 30 k
 Working – 5 day week (Sat/Sunday holiday)
