This Labour Day, beyond celebrating the effort we put in every day, it’s worth acknowledging the strain we often overlook.
A few mindful breaks, simple eye exercises, and small daily habits can go a long way in maintaining comfortable, healthy vision.
Because caring for how you see is just as important as what you do.
Our 1-week Vision Camp turned into something really special, with participants joining us from different cities and across all age groups, from curious students to inspiring senior citizens.
From detailed eye check-ups to personalised nutrition plans and simple, effective eye exercises, it was a week full of learning, care, and meaningful progress.
We’re genuinely overwhelmed by the response and the trust you’ve shown us. Grateful to be a part of so many vision journeys.
