From Class II to Class I
Super complex case!!!✨
This girl was recommended 4 premolar extraction due to severe forwardness and crowding!! We sort of didn't disagree with that. We focused on precise distalization to correct the Class II relationship, followed by effective overjet reduction and complete bite correction with elastics. With careful alignment and leveling of the curve of Spee, we achieved a balanced occlusion and a confident smile — finishing with a Class I molar and canine relationship 🔥 with NO extractions!!
Not just that... she is a year into retention and all looks great!!!
