Sanjivani Vati is digestive tonic, especially when stools are sticky, mucoid and not well formed. It helps to activate digestive enzymes and thereby helps to digest the Ama (Undigested food). It increases sweating, urination, checks amoebic and bacillary type of intestinal infections and also acts as anti-pyretic. Owing to its potent Ama-Pachak action, it checks vomiting due to improper digestion.
