This profession has given me the freedom and opportunity to meet women from various walks of life and I have realised one common thing: No matter how much they strive to work on their external appearance if you don't feel happy and joyful from within & are not at peace with who you are, it shall always reflect on the outside.

On this journey, I explored so much about myself, healed the deepest wounds, understood the importance of inner work. Today as we begin another aspect of my journey, I want to share with you all the learnings I have miraculously learned over the years.

Quite often I get these questions from my brides as well as models asking me if makeup would cause them breakouts and pimples. Well this is a complete myth. Makeup does not cause you breakouts or pimples but yes using outdated products, low quality products, sleeping with makeup on and not clean your brushes and sponges will definitely cause you breakouts.
So girls next time when you get a pimple do keep in mind that it is because of one of the above mentioned reasons and not makeup.
