Job description:
The sales manager would be required to take ownership of the sales for the brands and products and create sales strategies to deliver the number.
He/she will monitor sales , prepare and deliver sales reports, customer feedback reports and any other report that is required to achieve business objectives.
He/she will manage a team of sales and marketing associates, help in increase existing sales in-store and e-commerce by 50% from current levels.
Sound understanding of finance principles and consulting capability would be an advantage for this candidate .
He/she will deal independently with sales agencies and channel partners to increase sales as part of their deliverable .
Academics - Pursuing or completed masters in management
Experience: 1-2 years in fmcg or related field .
Remuneration- 25,000 to 35,000 . Medical insurance , mobile plan and fuel cost upto 3000 pm
