Dear All, I make this humble request for each one of us to take care of health on such crucial times . It needs all to pay attention to some basic details like maintaining hygiene. Some may feel masks are not important wear it anyways as you cannot physically see the virus better to be safe than sorry . Avoid shaking hands with anyone. When you are out meeting and touching people and things , suggest wash your hands properly every hour and use sanitizer as and when .

Most importantly if you have even mild signs of cold , sneezing and cough stay at home and most importantly visit a doctor immediately. Your health is of paramount importance and would urge all to take all necessary care .

Avoid public places and public transportation.

Drink hot water .

Avoid cold food and ice creams.
