For International Yoga Day, we teamed up with The Float House in Mulund to host an elite, high-octane community event. We kicked things off with an intense, elaborate HIIT and yoga fusion session to get the blood pumping and the heart rates up.
But the real test came right after.
We set up our signature Raw Recovery plunge tubs to transition the energy from fire to ice. Watching over 55+ participants intentionally step into the cold, conquer the initial shock, and tap into their breathing was nothing short of incredible. Whether it was your first plunge or your fiftieth, the energy in the room was unmatched.
