*Just Distinct* is an initiative by *Khushboo Udeshi* a 20-something Mumbai based girl trying to raise mental health awareness.
Let’s break the stigma around mental health. Mental health is just as important as your physical health so why feel ashamed to ask for help?
Khushboo has herself been in a place where she couldn’t ask for help and didn’t know who to turn to at one point.
This is her effort to make people feel more secure and comfortable about their mental health and bodies. She promises to connect you to the right people and help you get the right kind of help.
*PS : THIS EVENT IS FOR ANYONE ABOVE 18*
Along with the mental health guidance which will be given by some of the best experts in the field of Psychology, she has collaborated with an NGO which will lead an adoption camp for our furry friends *at the event.*
After all they’re one of the best therapists too. (And the don’t even expect any fee, maybe just some treats, hugs and kisses.) 😜

So pass on the message to who may need help or might be interested in psychology.
